All products use natural raw materials such as soybean residue, corn starch, and high-quality wood pulp, ensuring 100% biodegradability and flushability (depending on the specific model), making them environmentally friendly.

Q2: Are your paper products (such as kitchen paper and toilet paper) suitable for overseas markets? What certifications do you have?

A: Our paper products are mainly made from virgin wood pulp or recycled pulp. Basis weight, number of layers, and embossing processes can all be customized according to customer requirements. We have FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certification, ISO9001 quality management system certification, and EU CE/AP testing standards, ensuring that our products are free of fluorescent agents and meet the safety standards of the European and American markets.

2. About Export Logistics and Packaging

Q3: As a trading company, how do you ensure stable product quality? Is there quality inspection before shipment? A: Although we are a trading company, we have established deep partnerships with several high-quality factories holding BSCI and Sedex certifications. We conduct triple quality checks before shipment: in-process inspections, factory finished product sampling inspections, and a full or random inspection by our in-house QC team before shipment, providing detailed quality inspection reports.

Q4: Cat litter and paper products take up a lot of space; how do you control logistics costs? What is the minimum order quantity?

A: Considering their large volume and light weight, we recommend using compressed packaging (cat litter) and high-density compressed paper rolls to reduce sea freight volume. We have long-term contracts with several shipping companies and can provide Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) services. The minimum order quantity is usually one 20-foot container (approximately 15-20 tons), and we support mixed loading of different products to reduce inventory pressure.

3. Regarding Samples and Customization Services

Q5: Can we provide our own branded packaging? What is the minimum order quantity for printed packaging?

A: Yes, we provide OEM/ODM customization services. You can design packaging bags (such as kraft paper bags, color boxes, laminated bags) according to the preferences of your target market. For customized packaging, the minimum order quantity is usually 5,000-10,000 pieces per batch, depending on the complexity of the packaging. We can also provide generic designs (private molds) for you to choose from, without paying a plate fee.

Q6: How to get samples? Who bears the shipping cost?

A: We provide free stock samples (existing products), but international express shipping costs are to be paid by the customer upon delivery. If you require customized formulas or samples of special sizes, we will charge a nominal sample fee, which is refundable after you place a bulk order.
